ACTOR. SINGER. DANCER.
A small town farm boy, now proud alumna of Oakland University’s BFA Musical Theatre Program. Doran has been in theatre since childhood. Working on sets with his father, and staying late for rehearsals. While at university, Doran fully committed to immersing himself in every possible aspect of the arts: working closely with both theatre and film faculty, refining his dance techniques, and swinging his way through an opera. Receiving two Matilda Awards for his accomplishments and dedication to the craft from Oakland University’s School of Music, Theater, and Dance, as well as being nominated and competing for the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship at the American College Theater Festival. Outside of school, he has worked for Regional Theaters across Michigan, worked in film, and taught at Young People’s Theater in Ann Arbor Michigan. He cannot wait to see what fun and exciting opportunities the future holds!
